You are already upgraded, and should have access to the Member features. As long as the gold "Member" banner is showing beneath your avatar, your account has ben upgraded.

Hi Steve, I checked both my & my Mom’s Account via the web, the OB App & Tapatalk. I don’t see a gold banner under any of our avatars, in any format so I suspect we both need an upgrade.

Please upgrade #7554. I tried to check my profile, so I apologize if I am already upgraded.

EDIT- now I see the Member gold under my post! That must be what I was missing.
