Today I finished my winch installation.

I dropped mine off at The Rear End Shop today to get the rear locking diff rebuilt. They thought it was going to be like a defender when I called him. He looked a little shocked to hear it had airbags. We'll see how it goes.

Very boring but I found a fixed a broken wire from my 7 pin controller box to my battery. In short my trailer battery was not being charged from my vehicle for I don't know how long. I also added a SAE connector port so I can plug in my Renogy suitcase solar kit directly to the battery. This is the 2nd loose or broken connection I have found on my trailer. I have been going everything in preparation for my trip from AZ to WA and beyond...

but..... in two weeks I am installing a new Expedition One bumper and winch on my FJ for said trip! :)

Well, I LOOKED AT THE FJ IN THE DRIVEWAY, and continued on the honey do list. Then the delivery man showed up with my ARB alloy rack, I unpacked it put it in the garage and continued with the honey do list. Honey is the reason for the new rack, I love her to pieces and the list comes first!!!!!
You all rock!

Pulled out my inoperative electric aux fan, engine driven fan, and all the associated shroud. Measured for a Derale dual fan ducted set up. And ordered.

A year later and just now unboxed my US Off Road winch mount. Got it prepped for primer and painted the carrier and mounting points black. Waiting to have some time off to paint the face silver to match the rest of the car.

Here it is after I finished prepping it for primer.

This is what I did today. But the green and red look so good together! Haha
It's the little things.

wasnt today but close enough, helped @707nick replace some sagging coil springs. He found a good deal on some progressive rate springs on Amazon. Didnt get before and after pics :( but they definitely helped
