FOR SALE Ursa Minor for 2017 or older Jeep Wrangler JKU $8500

Selling an amazing piece of kit. This is a Ursa Minor habitat that fits early Jeep JKUs. However, this isn't your basic Ursa, this is the Black with white roof with the vintage sliding rear windows. The top has the 12v reading lights, and a power port for the top. The mattress pads are in amazing condition. It comes with an Open Road 270 awing (drivers' side), a WeBoost cell phone signal booster (mounted on an awning mount passenger rear), 150w solar on the roof, Yakama roof bars, new struts, and a new gasket. The rear glass is setup for a wiper and defrost, but the motor is not included. The top will also come with an extra awning mount. The top is currently mounted on my Jeep (would also consider selling) and is located in Central Nebraska. Asking $8500.

I replied to Dudearino privately, Figured I would share with the group...
I had planned on selling the Jeep separately in about 2 years but would let it go early. The Jeep is a 2017 Rubicon Recon (HD axle tubes, Diff covers rock sliders with steps, cowl hood, steel front and rear bumpers---all factory), 3.5" AEV lift... Warn 8000# winch, Auxbeam amber spots (new) on front bumper, upgraded oil filter housing, new upgraded front driveshaft. Rockhard engine, transfer case, gas tank skids, Rancho front and rear diff sliders, Shock and control arm skids (rock hard I think). Optima Yellow top battery, New A-pillar spot lights, Auxbeam 8 switch - switch panel, Red Arc trailer brake controller, LED rock lights, LED back up bumper lights, Teraflex HD tire carrier (replaces the factory one on the tailgate) Rear cargo shelf, custom molle panel divider to back storage area, Molle door cargo net upgrade. Black Rhino Wheels (armory?), Milestar Patagonia tires (they are getting close to needing replaced .I am sure that I am missing something else... Factory hardtop has Rhino Rack backbone and platform roof rack with left and right side lights (LED). Currently the Jeep has just over 140k miles and is driven daily. I am asking 18,500 obo for the jeep and factory hardtop, 8500obo for the Ursa Minor, or 27k obo for the jeep and both tops. Only issue I am having with the Jeep is the passenger door seal leaks during heavy rain...sometimes. The factory radio sometimes resets, not sure if its getting old or has a loose wire. I unwired the Ursa since it is ready to be sold right now, but can be rewired fairly easily. If you are interested in the full set-up I can include a smittybuilt 12v refrigerator.
EDIT: forgot carpeted headliner on the factory hardtop over the seats, not the far back, also the defrost is not currently working, wiper and washer works as it should.
