I got my emblem and patches in the mail, very nice!
I didn't receive this email: "You will receive a separate email with your member number and upgrade access code."

I will look into it. Depending on which package you ordered the number is sent in an email right away or within a day.

Hey Chris, I'm in the same boat. I received my order confirmation email, and have now received a shipping confirmation email for the emblem, but still have not received the email that includes my member number and upgrade link... trying to be patient, but I'm stoked to check out the member's only features!
