So anyone done anything to their WJs lately? Put ball joints and front axle seals in mine this past weekend, also replaced the rusted out spring towers on the front axle with the IRO units. New tires tomorrow! 32s.

Installed some matte black vinyl wrap on the hood today. Also installed my new ARB compressor I picked up for deals last week.

I moved the evap canister to the other side of the engine bay for now. I'll try and get some better pictures when I get home. I'm kinda annoyed that my model year had the canister under the hood and not the rear bumper, but it sounds like if you upgrade the rear bumper it will be an issue. So for now it's temp installed on the passenger side and whenever I get a winch bumper I might try to tuck it up behind there.

I think WJ's they're totally underrated. They are cheap to buy, maintain and upgrade, very capable off road, comfortable and come stock with a fairly solid drive train.
idk about cheap to upgrade but agree with everything else.
the two major lift companys for the wj both cost over 2500 bucks for a long arm kit. and they are limited in the way of lockers atleast for the rear since only arb makes a locker for the aluminum dana 44

$2500 ain't bad for a long arm kit. I'm lucky enough to have the vari-lok system, front and back, I honestly don't plan on going to full air lockers anytime soon. Someday, not soon though.

Finally got a break in the rain today to snap some pics.

I picked up the nib ARB compressor on OfferUp, they also threw in the pump up kit and a JK synergy mount all for $200.

Had to modify the bracket but made it work. Seriously fits like a glove in that pocket after you remove the evap canister.

Which I relocated for now across the engine bay between the a/c hard lines and coolant reservoir.
