Since joining this site and reading a lot of forums and seeing all the cool rigs...it's got my wheels turning. So, there I was...perusing Craigslist ads, when I saw this..."1966 Superior Cadillac Ambulance", and immediately I thought to myself..."Self, There's an awesome overlanding project!"...

I think this guy has the right idea! I snapped these pics at a local casino. It is a rare Series Rover with the factory pop-up camper top...I'd say he enjoys his "down" time on the trail!

I think it should be brought back or a similar event that would allow all manufacturers(Jeep, Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover, Mercedes, and all others) to outfit and sponsor teams. Originally the Camel Trophy event was started by Jeep, all teams had failed to finish, no disrespect to Jeep...it was...
