Wrangler Rear Cargo Storage Drawers & Pull out table

I wanted to build a rear cargo drawer system for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler 4door. I did quite a bit of research and found some really good info out there but not a ton out there specific to the Wrangler.


I’m not an expert builder by any means. I enjoy it and can get by, but I’m no master carpenter. I took ideas I found from other online - videos and forum posts - and decided to jump in to the build. I figured I would document the process, not so much as a “how-to” video, but more as a “what-I-did” video...

I just started building a cargo storage system for my XJ. I am using a kitchen cabinet bottom as a base to start on.

Looks great! I like how you lifted it off the ground a bit. Do you slide anything under there for storage?

Nope. I could if needed but first install rattled like hell from the rear base speaker so added some 1x & solved that. Thank you very much .
