Great build, my only concern is the overall width for traveling on the roads here in the US. You might need a couple of Oversized signs hanging on the vehicle when you drive here(especially on secondary roads) as you stated that you are over 8' wide. I would check with the states that you plan to travel into, as the DOT is not very forgiving when they decide to chat with you on the side of the road.

That's good to know if I do cross the border. I know she's about 2in wider than its supposed to be up here. I just hope they don't give me a hard time with it.

I know that when you had the side by side on the trailer - that would definitely be a no-go here. I have seen someone make a lazy susan type thingy for their side by side that once up on the trailer they could turn it length wise so that it would not hang over the sides and make it legal to pull. Don't know how much room you have for that, though. A 2 seat Razor is about the only one that can get away with being side ways on a trailer or truck bed.

Love this build! All that extra weight added, did you keep the stock suspension?

Ya the side by side would only be on there for short trips around my house not for long travels on highways more like back roads.
