RAM 2500 Custom Overland Build, RTT Rack, Aux Batt, Transfer Tank, Sliders & Other Stuff!

I really like the way you made the pockets for your rock lights, might have to steal this idea whenever I get around to building my sliders. Are you going to hook those lights into the door striker so they come on when you open the door?

Thanks. Of course you may use this idea, ...for a small fee! JK.

Yeah, i will wire them into my switchpros unit and hook up a trigger wire to the door lights. This will allow them to be activated when unlocking the truck and by pushing a button on the dash.

Yesterday was a pretty nice day here in Southeastern Washington so I was able to get the sliders mounted. Not an easy task to tackle solo being that they weigh over 100#'s each.
I think they turned out nice....

Last night I worked on getting the Smittybilt XRC 17.5 mounted to the FabFours plate. This WAS NOT a straight up bolt together job. It required me to elongate the factory holes as well as drill 4 new ones. But this allowed me to use all 8 bottom bolts which I felt was really important considering the weight of the truck.

Next I will be laying out for mounting the control box to the top of the bumper. This will require me to drill and cut a 1" x 3" elongated hole to allow the battery cables a path down to the winch.

Today was a shop day. Had the pleasure to get to use @MrWilsonWJ 's shop and equipment to get the front bumper R & R'd and the winch installed. The fork lift made it easy.
