US Northwest Tri-Cities Recurring Monthly Meetup

Glad you'll be able to make it @Joejoe223. All info should be over in the rally point. Will you be rolling solo or bringing guests? We're planning to do a potluck so a head count will help people to plan for what they will bring.

They probably drain them down during the winter for freeze protection.

yep. The campground is gated also. Closed for the season
 
I contacted the park ranger and he hopes to have the restroom's open in the day use area this weekend. No guaranties though. He said one of them has a broken sink and wont be open, the other, people keep clogging the toilet, and he hopes to have it open.

How does everyone feel about pulled pork for Saturday's get together? I'm thinking about smoking a pork butt. Scrolling through here and the RP looks like we might have around 8-10 people so plan your potluck contribution around that. Anyone heard from @garrett.goodwin4320, I see he's RSVP'd on the RP but haven't seen him around here. Looking forward to Saturday!

I love pulled pork. Like I said I will bring drinks and chips. Should I bring slaw and buns?

one of the problems with the recurring rally point is that I haven’t figured out how to change my status from going to not going month to month.
 
I will still bring propane if someone is bringing a portable fire.

I will dig into this, there should be a reset button following a meetup. Maybe there is a way already. @Michael

Pork butt is rubbed and relaxing in the fridge awaiting some time in the smoker! If you want to bring buns that would be great. I'm not big on slaw but I know a lot of people like it with pulled pork so that's up to you. I'll grab some bbq sauce to go with it and I should have plates and utensils out in the camper I can bring. I still plan on bringing the fire pit too so if you want to thow in your tank that would work.

@KRose and myself will be coming, we had some plans fall through tonight that was going to hinder us from coming.

We will bring tater salad, macaroni salad, and cookies.
