At the recent Overland Bound Off the Grid Rally we had more time to spend with @jdunk and his 2006 Jeep Commander XK Overland Build. The Commander did a billy-goat routine up the mountain, escorting a wide variety of vehicles. For a full list of stats see below and if you have more questions head on over to the forums build thread to ask away! Thanks to Josh!

I’m building it for 2 primary uses. Local Search and Rescue, and Overlanding.

I had to give up my WK about a year ago due to the absolutely HORRIBLE gas mileage I was getting, and all the driving that I have to do for work.

I replaced it with a ’14 Trailhawk as my daily driver, and mild trail car. (It impresses me all the time…)

Anyway, back to the reason for this tread… I picked up an ’06 HEMI QD-II with a fraction over 100k about a month ago.
