Unfortunately my emblem went with my Jeep. Can I get new ones or do I have to do a new membership?

You can buy new ones with your number, no problems. I have one on the way to me right now as I got a new adventure vehicle.
Yes you can buy a replacement or like I did, buy two one for each side. You don't want your vehicle to lean to one side do you.
