New to the area just moved down from north eastern PA. Also new to overlanding (kind of lol). Just switched from an 01 Sequoia to a 15 4Runner and starting to build it out but, absolutely want to take it out in stock form and see how she does. And meet ups happening early June?

its a bit far being about 2.5 hours from the house and 138 miles. Damn Fuel prices need to drop back down to reasonable. Would love to make it out. Any chance there is a NOVA group around in here?

Don’t think they’re 100% NOVA but I wound up making a Facebook (ugh) accnt. In order to join a VA off road group that’s called F-Bomb overlanders. They’re not exclusive to jeepers. They seem quite active.

You can't get too much farther north in VA than you are! I'm not far away in Maryland and would be interested as well. Southern VA is too far for what I have to drive through to get there. :-)

That is true. From where I live it is five minutes to Point of Rocks to cross the Potomac...

I agree with something North VA and MD! In just moved to Baltimore, MD. I don’t mind the drive to southern VA but, something closer would be great! I will say a lot of the trips we have planned tho are in VA and NC so…

hello all I am new to the group actually new to NOVA as well. I am building out my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. I live in Markham, Fauquier county 15 mins from Front Royal and the Shenandoah National Forest. I am interested in attending meetups is there a mailing i can join?

Unfortunately I haven’t had time to make the rigs and coffee meetups due to working weekends. They’re also not too local. But I’m always open to grabbing some chow sometime. Spielunkers in town is always a great burger joint.

May go this Saturday June depending on weather and last minute activities that pop up. Free weekends I try to take daytrips to find pieces of land to use as a regular camp spot for myself and others.
Also up for something in NoVa as well, am over in Gainesville / Bristow area.
