5x8 Trailer build

So the windows are temporarily installed, I didn't find a good way to make up the space, so I jerry rigged something for now. The inner clamp rings come to find out were also ruined by the place that originally installed the windows. In the off season I'll be replacing both windows with better quality custom fit ones.

I also got the diesel heater going, and proceeded to melt the outlet vent I bought. New parts are on order. I'm also not happy with the plastic fuel hose and all the clamps, so I'll be researching a better solution for that, but it seems to be the standard unfortunately. I didn't route it permanently so it'll be easy to change.

And the slide out table is done, and slightly different now. The plywood warped and would slide anymore, so I ditched it for a piece of King Starboard, which is a UV stable HDPE material. Underneath I riveted on a center rib of aluminum channel to give it strength, and got the adjustable leg installed. 20190615_173347.jpeg20190615_173648.jpeg20190615_182814.jpeg20190615_182855.jpeg20190617_205712.jpeg20190617_205721.jpeg20190622_181003.jpeg20190622_181012.jpeg20190622_181046.jpeg20190622_195437.jpeg20190622_195751.jpeg20190622_195354.jpeg
