That’s very true. But, if you run out of space, you can always recycle the jar. I guess I should have stated that I only plan on taking a few with at a time.
Does anyone pressure can meals to take with on trips? I would like to find another alternative to sandwiches and the rest of the typical camp food. The boil in a bag meals are okay, but hardly compare to homemade.

I have a few Scepter and a Wavian can. I like both styles, but prefer the Scepter cans. I replaced the carb spout on the Wavian can, boy is that an absolute necessity. I made a spout for the Scepter cans, but have since acquired and Scepter spout that I have yet to remember to take along.

The owner posted on the Facebook page briefly blaming customers for them filling bankruptcy. The deleted the post quickly. I believe they filed Friday afternoon and they continued to take peoples money around 4 hours beforehand. Shady.
I don’t think that will work out very well for you. An atv winch isn’t going to last long.
Maybe you should look into a More Power Puller come along. You can get synthetic line and pull up to 12000 pounds.
