The only posts I’ve seen on Expedition Portal have done the New Mexico/Mexico border to the Montana/Canada border. There is a thread here with gps tracks in the route planning section, I believe.

We’re finally done cooking for the day. We ended up with 2 quarts and 1 1/2 pints of Chili Con Carne, and 2 quarts and 2 pints of Chili Verde. The brisket was one of the best I’ve ever smoked!

My first attempt is out of the canner and cooling. The jars have sealed and my wife is working on salsa verde! It’s a little intimidating at first, but it’s actually quite easy. If everything works out, I may just have to post a more extensive thread.
