I want to install a battery into the front of my go as well, but I would lose alot of space in my waterproof storage. That being said, I am going to be storing our bathroom facilities into another container and not the front going forward, so I may be able to wire something up in there using a...
So, Since there is jackery conversation in here, I would like to hijack for just one min. My 240 takes a decent amount of time on 120v to charge. Will it charge faster on solar? If I feed it enough sunlight?
Well, around this part of the country there are LOTS of turbo failures in the ecoboosts....Couldn't hurt to do for longevity. I know my 2003 passat motor was known to have "turbo issues". I had 130k on mine when I traded it and the factory original turbo was fine even after having APR tune...
We had a successful first trip. We went to Marine Park Campground for two nights. It's where we bought the Sylvansport so they provided us with some free camping as well! Highly recommended if in the Avalon and looking for an awesome campground.

Agreed Mike.
Run what ya brung. If I had gear envy I would be putting an aev 4.5 rs lift on etc, instead I'm going with my tried and true 2" teraflex spacer lift and some new shocks. A sprinkling of other doo dad's and bam, done. Our two rigs are built for us, and nobody else.
