I have owned 2 cvt equipped vehicles and both transmissions gave me numerous problems. So much so that I will never buy another or recommend them to anyone asking.
Thanks everyone. We are getting the rest of the go accessories over the winter and taking a 3 week road trip around the Maritimes next year. We are so excited to do this one.
Totally. I have come to find out I have add and dyslexia. In school one teacher actually told me I'm going to amount to nothing when I get out. Well I can fab and design anything better than she ever could. Ha ha. I have failed at somethings but I get up and go twice as hard and succeed.
Agreed. While not in my province yet, in Western Canada there are high schools doing the same. Very cool. I would have been all over that when I was in school.
Yep. We can take our kayaks, mtn bikes and all our camping gear in the trailer. I am getting the paramount roof rack for Annie and then 10 or 12 rightline gear duffle for all our camping and personal gear.
No wonder it had a little stumble in the motor....The spark plugs were the original NGK. 193000km on them. BRUTAL.
I also did the brakes yesterday, bolt down the custom fabed roof, greased all the johnny joints and other greasable points, and changed the oil. The rig is vastly better...
This. Cherokee trail hawk v6 is an awesome choice. Power, no cvt garbage, locker in the rear from the factory, lifts racks and more readily available now too. With the lift you can fit 265s.
