Had a 98/99 pathfinder chillkoot trail edition, bought new. 3000km in struck a moose on the highway and did 20k in damage. She was repaired by Nissan in Newfoundland, but they forgot to fix the hoof mark in the roof line about the windshield. It's still there to this day.
One great thing...
gas today here is 1.54 a liter. I am glad I sold my JKU when I did. Our patriot gets much better gas milage than the JK does. It gets us everywhere we want to go, just a little slower off road. But more comfortable on road. I am looking at getting a new Prius or something along those lines...
Megapixel count is not a big deal IMO. My two main cameras, Fuji X10 and X-S1 have 12mp sensors. They take amazing images and I can blow them up for print no issue. If you are doing sand dunes etc, no camera will survive sand for very long. You have to be very careful with your equipment...
There are so many older AWESOME point and shoot cameras. My handle on a couple of sites is the point and shoot pro. I am also working on a blog/youtube channel to document my travels becoming a paid photographer using ONLY point and shoot cameras. What is your price range and what feature set...
AFAIK, GMC is releasing the Terrain AT4 this year. Looks like a nice rig. The Acadia AT4 is a sweet ride too for someone who wants to buck the GC trend.
There is someone around here with the element pop top too. I don't haul heavy stuff, I don't RAWKKRAWL, and I don't need a big truck to make me feel man'ly :kissingsmiling:. The Mav is the ideal rig for us. Great on gas, big enough to haul us around, I can goto the lumber yard and get some...
exactly.
compared you truck against the ranger, taco and fronty. that's it's competition. The rest is white noise.
the mav compares to the santa cruz and ridgey. that's it's NOTHING ELSE.
F150 gets compared ot the titan, silvy 1500, tundra and ram 1500 NOTHING ELSE.
Once people...
If that's the rules, then your colorado can't tow shit. My friends western star is way better cause it can tow 40k. Your truck is a weenie. See. both are trucks. Your argument is invalid. BTW, I love the colorado bison, just proving a point why your side of the argument is invalid.
BTW...
It's a system like the subaru, jeep patriot or any other small SUV. Evreything does not have to be like the "real trucks". I tow a 1500 lb camper when loaded and another few hundred lbs in the back of my Patriot and never have an issue. Maybe the real trucks need to go back to the drawing...
Yes, the sport does not have a locker, but a limited slip locker type deal. The maverick as of now, does not have that. Now, if the rear ends are the same, I will buy the parts etc to install it. Not like I am going to be rockcrawling or anything, just a little more traction on the loose stuff.
I had a 91 prelude with four wheel steering, a 92 accord, a 96 civic hatch and the 2000 integra. in 2002 I traded the integra on my parents new mercedes and I took their subaru legacy. I then added a twin turbo to that...It was a blast to drive. But only after 7000 dollars worth of "warranty"...
ahhhh back before Honda sold out. mid 90s to 2000 were hondas best years. The first gen CR-V was awesome. the civic was awesome, my acura integra was AWESOME, the accord was awesome. etc. 2001 saw the end with the macpherson strut equiped civic. ALL soul was gone from honda and it only...
