As cash9300 stated they are IFS and are torsion bar suspension like your S10 Blazer. I know a few people who have done solid axle swaps on them and I have considered it. I would prefer to build up the IFS though. I love being on the trail and told I can't do something with my IFS rig then watch...

It's the cast iron and I am very disappointed in it blowing twice. Never blew the aluminum one in my '06.

Yeah it definitely sucks. Luckily was able to drive home in 4 hi locked but it's been parked since Saturday. Considering options on how to beef it up. Second front diff I have blown, luckily the first was covered under warranty.

It's in Marion county near Ocala. Each year they put on an event there with several off road courses. It's normally two days but this year it's only one. $25 registration fee. Below are links to a couple of videos from last year's event.

To be honest I use my ladder more for mounting other items like my Power Tank than to climb up on. But they also look real good.

Between to rigs I have been running my Gobi rack and ladder for about 9 years now and wouldn't want to give either up.
