Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
It's a whole lot closer for me too and Joshua tree is one of my favorite places to go. Hopefully we will see you there. I will put your name on the list.

I've already lost mine. I don't plan on attending. The goal of this thread is not to sway anyone away from that event but seeing as I already had the a weekend off I want to go somewhere, it just won't be that event.

We can always play it by ear. If there are a lot of dirt bikes we can always move. There is tons of blm land out there.

I'll agree with this as well. I have an arb fridge. The only reason I have it is because it was almost free. It cost me has money to drive 2 hours to pick it up, and that was it. Otherwise I probably still wouldn't own a fridge. That being said I'll agree with the above statements. R&D has...

I have edited the op but will also post the edit in a new reply so it doesn't get missed.
I've got some camp coordinates for us and have been asusured it's a good spot on blm land. If you use Google maps it comes up with an address of 66455 broadway, but looking at the map it appears to be in...
If we all can meet somewhere before hitting camp I know Raul and I have recovery gear. We welcome anyone who's willing to come out. I can try and figure out how to get there for you

That being said, my chapter has a sober offshoot.. Not everyone drinks.. I do.. But not everyone does :)
As of now I'm going on a Mexico cruise next week, then Joshua tree/pioneertown in February, running the Mojave road in march, and in May I'm attending my first e clampus vitus doins as an official red shirt. Most of you won't know what that is, but I'm excited for it.. And it happens to fall on...
If there is one complaint I have about my cvt it's the ladders. They just feel cheap. There are some telescoping ladders you can upgrade to but until these fail me I'm not planning on it.

I've got a bubba rope and a soft shackle. I have yet to use them but the construction is top notch.
It's bigger than my 1 year old daughter!
