For sale gofsr M48 Mossy Oak. Used once but is too long for my truck and will not be building out a rack or trailer in the near future so my loss is your gain. Tent is $1500 new. Selling for $1000. Central OK
I was meaning when you put stuff in them, like change or other odds and ends that just show up. But man I bet that back locker really is loud fill it with some stuff it may quiet down a bit.
This is a great idea and they look awesome but won't those be really noisy when they're full of stuff? I can only imagine all the banging with every bump. Did you line them with anything?
Technically it's just my mailbox in Jones. I'm at the south end of lake Arcadia and Edmond/OKC postal service doesn't run on that side of the road so Jones it is. I'd have to say an 85 Monte Carlo SS would be up there for me without a doubt.
Of the crew I normally go out with only 1 has something besides the Wildpeaks. He's got KO2's but he's also in a Jeep and the rest of us are in 4runners, Tacos, and my Colorado and we can hang with him until he takes those sharp short wheelbase turns in his TJ.
@Bouncer For me personally the 100 and 200 series are just too big. I'd go with a GX for the V8. Heck i'm pushing the wife to go with a GX after she decides she's done with her 2012 Explorer but who knows when that'll be. She used to have a 4Runner with the v8 and absolutely loved it vs this...
I'm having a heck of a time sharing the links on the mobile app, so here's a Facebook screen shot. Just look for cruiser corps on Facebook and should find it.
This Saturday. I'll see if I can find a better link. And I went to the first one with my ZR2 and another with his Jeep. @Helipilot2 you'll fit in more than we were since you have a Toyota but it was really cool. Lots of Cruisers of all series and 4runners and tacos and old Toyota trucks.
@Helipilot2 went last year and was a lot of fun. Was pretty packed but, judging by the Bonfire event they held in the spring they may open more area in Byrds for camping. There's a ton of trails on dispersed camping out in the ozarks too that a lot of the locals end up doing instead of staying...
The Rendezvous in the Ozarks is that weekend prior to the 21-24 dates and would imagine many folks from OK are going to that. I'd love to go but wouldn't be able to due to the Rendezvous. You might want to post in the Oklahoma Overlanders Where ya at? thread. Might have some more interest.
@emulous74 I went back and forth for nearly a month or so before get my gas zr2. How's the diesel compare? I didn't go with the diesel because I'd want to do the tune and def delete.
@RJCanyon Thanks!
@ChasingOurTrunks The stock lights were so bad crappy street lights were brighter and made it look like the headlights weren't even on. Cars headlights behind me were brighter. I went with these: 55w 5000 Lumens and they are bright. Brighter than the LED's on the sport bar...
I know it's not exactly the best pic but it is the latest. 2018 ZR2 Gas Midnight Edition, 285-75-R17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W, Tyger Armor Steps, and HID's as bright as I could find cuz the stock headlights suck!
Of all the racket I've heard from my suspension I'll have to check these too. I've already had to replace one of the DSSV's and have the rear leafs taken apart and greased up but still hearing some pops when there's some lean when turning.
Looks like it'll be a good run. @4.0LitersToFreedom was talking about a group doing a similar run for the Rendezvous in Oct. Would be interested to hear how the routes go for ya.
