I have a good idea of who the scumbag is, and I’m waiting for him... The local authorities are also aware of the situation and are looking into it... I’m not the only one in the neighborhood who has had their stuff messed with the past week or so. Luckily I live in a very tight neighborhood and since we know weird strange stuff is going on we are looking harder for anything out of the ordinary... I hate to be a new food delivery driver entering the area... lol.

Hey All, purchased a few treats for the rig of late such as ARB Elements fridge, Goal Zero power bank, front runner wolf packs but my favourite so far are these great inventions! Compact and super simple to use, preset before heading out, throw them on and hit the trails!

Used the XJ to pick up a M416 trailer. Going to do a semi-restore. Basically wirewheel/flap wheel it down and recoat/paint, new tires, lights ect. Want to keep it mostly like it would have been when it rolled off the line in the 60s. Just going to haul camping gear and be a light duty around the property work trailer for the CJ5 and XJ.

Not today but since I have taken time to post. Finished up the front bumper and winch install, received and installed the canopy then went forth and found some snow with @Ties. Have load bars for the canopy sitting in the garage waiting for something to hang on them; waiting on a couple round LED offroad lights to decorate the front bumper.

Fixed fridge slide so wire doesn't get pinched. Alu-Cab fridge slide with Dometic CFX-75 running off of solar panels.

Relocated the Ham radio from the top of the dashboard to the lower center. Previously had my CB there and that will be moved to dash. Getting a smaller CB even though it’s hardly used.

Drivetrain vibration problem solved. The joints on the old shaft didn't have any play in them and were smooth. Either the shaft was slightly bent or out of balance. It's smooth as silk to 80 mph now.
Next up will be engine and transmission mounts when I change the engine.

I had a strange high frequency vibe around 30-35 that I couldn't track down. I know my front shaft had a slightly worn slip joint but when I removed the front shaft the high speed vibes were gone but that 30-35 vibe was still there. Bit the bullet and ordered up 2 Tom Woods shafts and now everything is glass smooth again.
Today
Got the bent lip of the trailer tub mostly straightened out with the hilift a couple of clamps, a 2x6 and a cinderblock. Got the fenders bashed back straightish. Even the one with the badly rolled edge. And got the tub off the frame.
Not going to worry about a few dents or it not being perfectly straight. Just a few testaments to it's 54 years on Earth.

A regional Jeep club here setup a sort of Taxi service for First Responders and Health Care Workers that either don't have the means or the comfort level to drive int eh snow/ice. I got the XJ out and picked up a dispatcher from work and took her home.

Only thing I did all day to my rig is check the solar panels on top of the RTT on my trailer to make sure they're still clear of snow and ice.
They feed my trailer's dual deep cycles through my NOCO Genius GEN2 in the trailer nosebox, then through my 7way keep my diesel van's dual batteries topped off all winter long.
I've only used one tank of fuel in all the last year, so the ol' gal isn't running much to keep the batteries up. I really appreciate having my panels and charging system in situations like this.
I monitor the van batteries with an Innova 3721 Battery & Charging System Monitor, one of the best little inexpensive gadgets I own.
I have it in the 12v socket on the driver's side of the center console 24/7, tilted so I can check it from the window without opening the door.
Before leaving the van hooked to the trailer and solar panels every time it's parked, I'd have to put a 110 charger on it every once in a while, summer or winter, to bring up the batteries enough to crank that big Duramax.
It's become part of my daily routine; every time I go outside I peek in the window, day or night, to see how she's doing.

Recently installed an Ironman4x4 awning on my JLUR, just received the quick release brackets for it but we had around 10 inches of snow so haven't set it up yet.
I am getting my 2003 TJ ready to sell. It's in my garage so I was able to get some stickers and decals off to clean it up. I also ordered a fuel filler neck as the current one leaks and is causing an evap code. I don't want to try selling it with any issues or codes and this should be a simple fix.
