Selling my 2018 Schutt Industries Xventure XV-3. I sold my 4Runner when I changed jobs (commuter life now), so the trailer needs a new home with someone who'll actually use it.

Included:
- Alu-Cab Gen 3-R hard-shell rooftop tent
- Foxwing 270° awning
- Water system with shower pump
- Rhino-Rack roof rack
- 360° off-road articulating hitch
- Integrated locking storage
- Front tongue box

Specs:
- 2018 Schutt Industries Xventure XV-3 (mfg 3/30/2018)
- 131"L x 79"W x 79"H; 850 lb curb / 1,500 lb payload / 2,350 lb GVWR
- Clean title in hand

History, full disclosure:
- The trailer went over on its side in Moab. It went back to Schutt Industries in Wisconsin, was professionally serviced, and is fully repaired. The tent was re-welded at the same time.
- The old awning took the brunt of the damage, so it was completely replaced with a new Foxwing 270°. Zero damage history on the awning.

Located in West Seattle, WA. Happy to do in-person viewings, a video walkthrough, or a video call, and can send more photos.

$10,000. Cash preferred; cashier's check also fine. No Zelle or wires.

that's a solid setup but 12k seems a lil steep for used. those alu-cabs are nice but they're heavy as hell, might wanna know the total weight if you're running it on a JK. foxwing awnings are legit tho, i'd grab that part separately if i were shopping around. what's the condition on the rtt?

Appreciate the honesty — happy to answer both. The tent was re-welded at Schutt Industries in Wisconsin when the trailer went back there after the Moab rollover (disclosed in the listing). Weight is 850 lb curb / 2,350 lb GVWR per the specs above, so a JK wouldn't know it's back there. Price reflects the Alu-Cab hard-shell tent plus the brand-new Foxwing 270°.

not really my thing but a 270 foxwing on a rtt usually goes for way more than 10k new so depends on condition tbh. i'd check the awning fabric and the arm springs, those get tired and a new set isnt cheap. also ask if the alu-cab has had the seals and the floor checked, water gets in those if they sat out. for 10k with the xventure sounds fair if everything works, just dont take the seller's word on the awning alone.
