What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Today had universal tracks/rails put on the canopy for the inevitable roof rack/awning.....(snorkel is in and install is 11/19).....

This was me last Monday, when the mechanic said my entire cooling system was rusted out and it would be $1800...
Back on the road today! "Water (rusty) Under the Bridge" :-)

tomwill55 from fjcruiserforums site attended the South East Expo Overland a few weeks back, and he sent me a few patches.

At the top is South West Expo, Blue Ridge Overland Gear, and LTWK Knives.
The bottom one commemorates Expedition Overlands Mackenzie's three part video series they just did on YouTube a few weeks back.
That patch is available from Triple Aught Design, and I just bought that last week.

I am using a Canon Rebel T51 DSLR camera with a Canon 18-135 mm lens, and it is getting harder to capture the patches on the headliner.
Any suggestions for a Canon lens that will give me a wider field of view when in a rig and closeup to the headliner?

I wanted to redo my NVIDIA Shield Android tablet install that I am running Back Country Navigator on, but the weather has not been the best for working outside.
I need to mount the RAM mount to the side of the dash, maybe next weekend.

Quite right about the lens. I am thinking about putting my Canon 10-22 on the console and setting the timer and letting it get the whole roof portion and all the patches. Thanks for the heads up on the TAD patch -- just ordered two!! I got burned last time and thought I would wait on the other TAD XO patch and lost out..... ;-(
