What's your MPG (fuel economy) on the road.

Currently average about 16 mpg. City it drops to about 8 when constantly hitting traffic lights. I need to get the tire size adjusted so my speedometer and odometer are correct.

You are all making me feel great about my fuel economy. Tacoma double cab long bed, 3 inch lift, ARB bumper with winch, aluminum skids and steel sliders, RTT on half height bed bars, front runner roof rack with expo rails and an awning. I get 16mpg rural driving when it's really cold. 17.8 rural driving when it warms up, and 18.5-19.5 on road trips at 62-65 mph. If i drive faster than that it goes downhill fast. 15.5 mpg at 72mph.

EDIT: I forgot, i have 165/70-R17 KO2s and stock gearing and corrected speedo/odo.

I think a lot of vehicles have a sweet spot, same for mine. Big diff between over 70 and under 70

2016 Kia Sportage AWD I average 23.8 day to day which includes 30 miles off-road commute. When loaded on a trip it dips down to 20 flat. I've seen 30 on the highway which brings a smile to my face.

UK based 2.7 diesel land rover discovery 3 - fully loaded, recent trip to scotland, 29MPG. Discovery 4 on same trip 31MPG with 3.0 ltr Diesel 8 speed gearbox.

Was averaging between 12-15 mpg with the H3 on 35s with 4.10 gears in town. The 4Runner has been averaging 17 mpg in town in stock form. Don't think it will change much with the rack.

29.8 mpg according to the spec sheet (small ....12 gallon tank) ....in kilometers, 48 lt tank around 740 kms....I have 3 small jerry cans I can do around 1.000 kms !

The old girl (HDJ80) gets 13l/100km or (according to google) 18mpg fully loaded with the barwork, water tank, drawers, roof rack and 33's, running 20psi of boost (used to be very similar on 35's too)

I'm averaging an even 25 mpg at this time. But I don't drive anything special, just a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. Just have bigger tires and soon to install a small lift.

So after estimating milage to fuel used on my most recent trip I came up with about 20 mpg. I was surprised because I was pulling the trailer at 60 mph. 60 mph in the old k30 with 456 gears has the 6.2 diesel pretty high rpm.

33 inch Mickey Thompson's, 3.73 gears, 5500 lbs unloaded, with 4 kc lights that stick above the cab, 293,000 miles (im proud of that [emoji16]) I get 13 mpg on the highway

Fj cruiser 6" lift on 35's unloaded I get 14 in town as daily driver and on highway it's 10-12 depending on wind running 75 at 2500-3000 rpm

If I'm lucky, 13 mpg on the highway. Get 9 mpg around town and 10-11 mpg mixed. Obese 2005 Jeep TJ Rubicon on 32" tires. Wondering if I need to clean or even replace my injectors. I used to get 17 mpg on a regular basis when I was on a bigger lift and tires

My 04 tj rubicon got 16 not matter what on 32's with a stick I'd suggest a good maintenance

2015 Tacoma V6 4x4 DCLB with 3" lift, 265 all terrains, and aluminum bumper. I get about 15 mpg on the highway and if it's purely city driving I get roughly 13 mpg. I'm almost certain it's my driving style.

1999 2.5l TD5 Defender driven at 60 mph I average 27 mpg in winter and 33 mpg in the summer (uk gallons). Temperature seems a bigger factor than the load I carry on the road for mpg.

05 T4R 4.0L running 265/70-17 Cooper AT3's and a clean roof. I'm averaging 17 MPG. Pretty even mix of city and highway.

90 yota 3.0L dlx pickup with canopy, RTT and what gear we have already we get 16 highway. Only lost 1mpg so far. But there will be more weight added as we get armor and more gear.
