Ok, so we are having group meals. Each of us is going to cook for 6 adults on this trip.
Originally I was going to bring Tamales, refried beans and rice. Well I bought some tamales from the local place the other day and they weren't very good.
I'm leaning toward bacon wrapped chicken tenders or steak. (Might as well do what you're good at)
I'm bringing some pecan wood leftover from Thanksgiving smoked turkey. So either will be good over the flames :)

What do y'all think? Chicken or Angus Beef?

Update: I posted this on my facebook page. The other guys/gals are all doing beef dishes, so I'm going with bacon wrapped chicken tenders with pineapple halves on the grill and some sort of veggie.

I spent most of the week last week with 2 other rigs out in Big Bend. What a great trip!
I didn't get all the video footage I had planned on, too busy driving and camping, lol.
However we did get some great photos between the 4 of us.
I'm working on a write up, but here's some teaser photos.Fandango2.jpg 20161227_151232 (1).jpg 20161227_144045 (1).jpg
