Who says we need roads..... Ok so the picture was staged, but they do go over this type of terrain.....well, mine does anyway.....[emoji6]
Still have to finish my 'test drive' thread for the new (to us) Jeep KJ we bought. Here is a couple shots from the trip out to Bowman Lake in the Sierra Nevada.
Will keep modifications simple and useful, in keeping with our minimalist kind of overlanding (we call it Unorthodox, or ∩northodox). We will do some tuning up, get some better tires, a roof rack, a better spare tire carrier rack, communications and a deep cycle battery with a couple of electronical outlets. Super capable little Jeep. I'll have more pictures of my first adventures when I finish my test drive thread.

You know.. I was going to wait until my rig was done... ...but after months of waiting I figured I'd just post... (why?) heh I think you all know.
Just like getting out and going, you are never really done.

Nice Pair... My daughter just picked up an Xterra for her first car... We plan on some outings together soon.
Started our last trip in May 2018 in our 4th Gen T4R Sport
. Broke it! Limped to Utah and replaced with 5th Gen TRD Pro. Let the journey begin.

2000 Subaru Outback sedan
Currently stock suspension w/26.5" All Terrains... in a few weeks its getting 4.5" lift, 29-30" All Terrains, Fox springs, Bilstein 5100 struts, limiting straps and a new TJ front bumper!
