Looks like a blast! If you'd like a more scenic route through northern Utah and southern Idaho, get off 1-15 in Brigham City, UT and head east to Logan and then through the canyon to Bear Lake. From there, go north through Montpelier and up to Pocatello. There's awesome Raspberry shakes at the lake, lava hot springs, camping in the canyons, and some historical stops too.
