OB FULL EAST REGION meet and greet

Anyone around the mid-Atlantic region going to this meet and greet? Let me know. Also, I don’t see anywhere on the campground website, anything about dog friendly. Anyone ?

Yeah I didn't see anything about dogs... I just emailed them so I'll let you guys know

Ok so here's the email I got back when I asked about dogs being allowed on the campground.


Hi Tylor,

Thanks for Asking. We allow all dogs under 35 pound not considered dangerous breeds. We do have a couple of exceptions to the weight rule. Just let me know the breed or if you’re not sure send me a picture and I will be happy to let you know

So I asked if my 115lbs lab would be allowed and this was the response.


Lab’s would be an exception to the rule. They are pure love and not a danger to anyone out of tail shot. They like all dogs must be on leash and picked up after.

Too bad because regardless of being a professional Canine trainer and owner of the most docile American pittbull, I'm still not able to bring her. Smh
 
I know man. Shame. At least my wife and I have a husky and golden Retriever to choose from as well. The pups love adventuring with us so much but they'll have to be separated that weekend. Still excited nonetheless!!!

Yes....The campground website does say it is $32 per day for a site.
My question was curiosity more than anything, since they are putting us together as a group in one section, if our coordinator had worked out a group rate for our event.
I got a message on the FB group that he is out of town until Friday. Hopefully we will get an update then.
