Get you a used Fuji X70. It has a SLR APS-C sized chip and a fixed 28mm equivalent lens. I take mine ever where. Go to the Fuji Forum and look up the X70 thread. I have some cool cave shots and outdoor stuff. They only made them about a year or so. Great little camera.

A few of my favorite from the last year. The first two weren't planned and I got really lucky with the conditions. The last one was planned and although we didn't camp, we were out there the entire night.

What was the location of the first one? Looks like a really clear sky and minimal light pollution .

Man! How did we get so many great photographers in in place? Very nice stuff make you want to get out camping in spite of the snow and get some good pics myself!
