I picked up a Canon 6D, and was using the standard 24-105 USD lens for this shot. I also got a Rokinon 14mm manual wide angle lens.

Caught this image of my son standing on an overlook on our last wheeling trip. Over the edge of that rock was a 150-200 foot drop.

A shot of a young black bear on Vancouver Island for a few years ago.
A ruffle/willow grouse near Harrison Lake BC, both this and the bear were shot with my Cannon slr.

Hey folks, new to these here forums and I’m a photography hobbyist by heart, primary nature & landscape but sometimes cityscapes being I’m in LA often sand it’s a wonderfully dynamic place to photograph. Anyways, I use a variety of equipment such as a Sony A7rIII, a6000, and a DJI Mavic Pro drone.
I thought I’d share a few photos of a visit I took to Mono Lake, CA, a couple months ago. I went primary for the unique rock formations in the lake and they didn’t disappoint. I’d love to go back and spend another afternoon and evening there.
