@Frank Cornejo how did the BMW do? I'll put you on the list. Nice pics, may lean on you for some intel on campsites for this many people.
The BMW did OK....it had a bad radiator so we had to deal with that issue throughout the trip. If it wasn't for that issue I'm sure it would of made it with no problems.

SO tempting - I have sub'd this thread and would like to be put on the list (tentative) as well as marking the calendar and going to put off for time at work when it's appropriate. I would LOVE to do this trip. Got the book and this looks like a great time! Really do wonder if a caravan would work - would sure add an added adventure aspect to it!! Looks like a 19 hr haul to Needles, CA from Redmond, WA...........(ponder ponder)......

I am so bummed I didn't see this earlier. I have to be in San Diego for th weekend of the 25th so I am going to say if there is a change to the earlier or later dates I would be able to do this.

I've already got the time off work. Planning to get there Thursday mid day and I took the following Monday off so I don't need to rush home.
Mojave Road is a blast! This is tempting, but might be a bit too many people going for my tastes. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see how things shape up closer to March. Wishing you luck in organization you've got quite a task!
