Hey everyone!

New member from Idaho. Just purchased a 2005 LR3 with the HD package to build it into a overlanding rig.

I have traveled all over southern Idaho on various trails but mainly I haunt the Big Desert.

Glad to be here and hope to cross paths someday with a few adventurers.

For introduction:
My ride is a 2010 BMW R1200GS Adventure
Experience: Started off road on dirt bikes as a kid and later had an 1989 Jeep Wrangler that I used along the coast of Texas and in OK. The GSA has given me the opportunity to explore the BDRs and the area around property we have outside of Talahina OK.
I recently found the maps to the Texas Epic Adventure Trail and am interested in riding sections of that this fall.

Hello all! Anthony Cash here! Overlanding, hiking, backpacking, (anything out in nature really) enthusiast.

1) Picture attached. I call her my Wildling
2) Location: San Diego, CA
3) Rig: 2017 Toyota Tacoma Off-road. Slowly being modified to be a more "capable" rig.
4) Overlanding Experience: Self taught and minimal. By minimal I mean attempting to apply YouTube experiences in real life. All trips on my own and lots of lesson learned in those few trips. Lol! Hopefully I get a chance for more soon and with more company to aid me when I fail. ;)

I live in South Carolina and have been overlanding most of my life and have experience with an assortment of vehicles. Just purchased a new Subaru Croostrek. It replaced the full size Bronco I had. It will now begin the transformation for my travels (lift, tires, cargo box, winch etc.) and hopefully we will meet on the trail!

Planning requires me to educate myself about where I will be going and what I might encounter. This site and the forums seem like the perfect place to inspire me on where to go while at the same time educate me on where I am going.
