Nice Jeep!!!

Does it have the 230 OHC or 327 in it? Manual or auto?

Tell us more and more pictures please.
1965 Jeep J200 Gladiator, Tornado 230 with six slightly miffed squirrels. Manual 3 speed column shifter (glad I cut my teeth on a column shifter).
Has some rust, a couple/few spots that will need new sheet metal, over all it is very solid.
Discovered alternator is out today, has a speed dependent ticking in the front driver’s side wheel so I ordered some bearings today...
All door and window seals are trash and will need to be replaced.
And the exhaust is trash.

It is so much fun to drive and it puts a smile on every guys face that sees it. Got a lot of enthusiastic waves and thumbs up toodling around the neighborhood today. Pics coming as I collect them.

We like the colors and two tone paint job but it is the worst crap job ever. Thinking of keeping the two tone colors as they are when a real paint job is applied. Two different orange colors on there and much was not masked or removed when the pain was applied.

Six put out squirrels (dead alternator, battery on the charge)

NEW door and window seals! Temporary until I can get it in the garage. All the world's water seems to funnel through the cab ;)

Someone pointed out that the J200's headliner may be asbestos. I'll protect, hose it down w/ water and get this out and bagged ASAP. Just wondering if anyone can confirm that this is likely asbestos (I think it is).
