The whole 'investor' scheme with over $700,000 raised and no effective ownership , no 'shares', no ability to sell or buy 'shares' for investors , feels more like a scam than a scheme. I saw the post Michael put out which frankly explaind little, beyond saying it was spent on Overland Bound whatever that means. In fact he hinted that more $ may be raised as needed through a similar mechanism. Once bitten twice shy...
