And that would probably explain since their release on the market, of reviews saying they squirmed a lot on corners and pavement use in general. This, even with the heavier E rated tire that most put on full size trucks. It seems owners had to inflate to a higher pressure, than their previous E rated brand needed.
I've had four sets of DT's. They wiggle when new because they sell too quick. They haven't had time to ''dry out''. End of the year sales on Powerwagons don't seem to have the same complaints.

The wiggles go away in about 7000 miles. They aren't the only high silica off road tires with this issue.

But it is true, even aired up to 88psi, they're a bit too soft for overloaded SRW trucks. Still good work truck tires though, I just wouldn't want to cross the desert fully loaded with them. Silky smooth ride though.
