Best Camp Chair???

I went a little crazy as this chair was over $200 at REI. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it without two gift certificates from Christmas that defrayed the cost (in my mind). It is more comfortable than many indoor chairs. I love slouching backwards near the camp fire, but that usually ends with tipping over backwards, bending a leg or digging the two rear legs into the dirt. The suspension on this chair is ridiculous.

Okay that's pretty awesome.

I just use the folder ones in a bag. Compact, and easy to pack away. With that said , I get the HD 300 LB. Size. They are better built and a little more generous in size. I have sat in some $50-$75 chairs, and can say they were nice.
You tube, expedition 4x?....Andrew St. Pierre White has touched on this subject.
I think taking one for a test drive is smart. You need to sit in one for at least a half hour to see if the pressure points are tolerable.

I like the PICO chairs. They fold up compactly and allow you to sit up straight. Cheers
