Nice, I have a 19' that is bone stock so far. I'm going back and forth a bit over Cap vs bed-rack. Did you consider a cap at all?

Just picked up some leafs from Icon Warehouse sale. Once I get the balance of the parts and settle on front coils, we'll get them installed.

Update: Installed the Icon leaf springs (option 2) and Geiser springs (2.5"). Truck is fully loaded with sliders and sits level. Very happy with the current setup, rides great and ready for some more 'extreme' offroading.

@Kendv8s Looking sharp! Always sorta wanted a 1st-gen Raptor, but no way I could wheel around here with it - trails are too tight! Would make a great base camp and tow rig, though.
