I have slightly used OEM shocks up front and new KYB shocks in the rear. I have a 2" lift spacer up front and a 1.5" spacer in the rear. I have firestone airsprings that help even out the rear.

I am running LT245/75R16 108/104Q C Goodyear Duratracs. I chose this tire because they where the lightest most aggressive tire I could find. They weight 40 lbs while most other aggressive tires are E rated and about 50 lbs.
This snorkel would fit, but the top only goes half way up the window column. I didn't like the look so the search continues.

I used the f-250 skid because I found it cheap. I don't have experience with very many stock skids, but it is definitely beefier than a lot of DIY skid plates I have seen. I can lift my vehicle off the center of the plate as I currently have it with welds and all.
After this adventure I decided to order a snorkel. Due to the permanent nature of this upgrade I have been putting it off. It will be interesting to see if I can adapt it to fit my Pilot and look good.

I did some more work on my Franken-skid today. Now it has a ramp on the front and more protection for the transmission on the back. It was made from an F-250 fuel skid.
Broken Axle!
Sometimes you have to learn lessons the hard way. Last week I found out that non-oem axles are not up to the task on a lifted Pilot. We had one fail while driving! Thankfully no one was hurt, we were close to home, and we were able to tow it back with our CR-V.
