A little update on this welder. My wood fired furnace in my shop had two cracks in the fire box. I decided to peel the skin off and fix it up. Welded both up and are now airtight again. I love this little welder. It's now under the esrb brand. I am ordering the tig footpedal setup and...
Congrats and welcome to the club. I don't think you will have to worry about the temps in germany, it's not hot like the southern US over there. I had lights (2 sets) on the front of my last wrangler and never had an issue at all. They were mounted on an MBRP light bar and the front bumper...
Awesome rig. Jeeps are the best, but I too, have a soft spot for that ranger. Make mine an extended cab and I would a happy camper. My friend from school here had a bronco II that he cut the arse off and grafted a mini ranger pan onto it was cool as hell!
No. The compass is not needed for mapping and navigation to work while moving in vehicle. The only thing is the map will not rotate around with you when stopped. Once underway it goes all to the correct orientation.
I have a little 5lb propane tank for my 2 burner Martin stove. I had the propane tank from when we had a bbq on your 34ft marine trader boat, so 50 bucks I had a new propane stove with a small bbq to run off the same bottle.
the model number is SM-T387W it has LTE and GPS built in. It does not have a compasss module, but as soon as you start moving it can decipher where you are.
I have these two for all our lighting besides task lighting. The lightbulb hangs in our sylvansport and illuminates the entire camper with no issue. it's also dimmable. The other light is for when we want a few tunes playing and it is great at providing some ambient lighting outside.

Well, I would do what I suggested. Half ton truck, slide in camper. Heat, shitter and shower included, indoor cooking, dry, comfortable sleeping and living. The other things you are looking at are an un-necessary waste of funds that you can use to travel and see places. These large rigs...
I voted no because they are WAY WAY overpriced in canada. The Squatch package is 7000 dollars. No thanks. I can buy a rubicon, add the best Teraflex or AEV suspension to that, plus tires and still have almost 2000 in the bank for other things. 77k plus tax for a black diamond edition with...
This! WE have one and LOVE IT. You are set then! Don't know why I didn't mention these earlier.
SylvanSport GO camping trailer • ultralight pop-up camper towable by cars
Yeah, I think that's a user issue. I have the TAB A lte tablet and gaia works awesome. I have about 50 routes plotted via my laptop in my tablet now. It's really easy to use once you know what to look for.
I still think the Newer 1/2 ton, with some suspension mods and a lightweight slide in camper is the best option. Great ride, great mileage, all the comforts of home, and not a crazy amount of money for parts, tires, etc.
Who said anything about doing it on a sport bike. Ha ha ha. What about building some sort of carrier for the rear like the hitch mounted solution but raised up from the hitch. Anything is possible with some creative thinking. Or an off road trailer like an xventure or something.
