    Overlanding with a Honda Ridgeline

for the RL, The only bumper would be custom fabricated. It should have tow hooks or points on the front already. But as far as winching, I don't think anything is available. There is a front hitch mount available and has 9000 lb line pull. This would give you winching abilities with a cradle...

tweco welder problems, anyone have any ideas?

OK, we pulled it apart and did all the tests from the service manual. Everything came back in working order. We then proceeded to test MIG again. And.... Low and behold its working. Contrary to popular belief from esab and the guy who was using the machine at the time, you DO need to pull...

tweco welder problems, anyone have any ideas?

I have not done a reset yet. I am going to call the company to get some ideas as well. I have to see if there is a process to a reset of the machine. It was MIG. I was trying stick first but the rods I had were junk so I went and bought a roll of flux core to run though it. Thanks for the idea...

    Gaia webapp is super buggy

I find Gaia really really good. I have no issues with the webapp or my android app right now. I plan my routes on the webapp and then download the maps onto the SD card on my galaxy tablet. Easy peasy. You delete the routes by going into routes under your user name, select routes and select...

tweco welder problems, anyone have any ideas?

I have a tweco fabricator 141i, we were using it last night to weld on a couple of washers onto a chassis and stopped for a minute. When we went back to start welding again, no output. The device would turn on but would not weld. Any ideas?

    Avenza vs. Gaia

WIndows 10S can be switched to full pro for free, it's just a setting. With Gaia on my galaxy I can add routes etc. On my laptop I create routes on Gaia, they automatically show on the galaxy, then I can download the maps to the SD card in the tablet to use in the rigs. Creating the routes on...

    Survivorman with Les Stroud--New series

Hmmm, The woods scenes look like the old show....the car stuff is not. But I think it's the old show with new commentary. Just read, it was from the old show, just one last episode they never aired in the series. So we are sort of both right. Les is awesome.

    Survivorman with Les Stroud--New series

That's old I watched that years ago. I am guessing it took that long to permeate the southern border. That being said, there was one episode that he nailed with the scream of the "sasquatch" in the night. Was great drama.
