Here in Massachusetts theres not much chatter but I definitely hear it near the central part of the state as I approach the CSX Intermodal. And I hear more chatter as I head west or south from there.
I'm also curious about how the FM is going to work
There IS the I-80 Bighest Truck stop there.
True though. I could walk my dog in parking areas of Yellowstone and camping areas or Badlands, but theres just too much wildlife for a dog to be thrown into the mix, especially a new doggy.
Boarding is an option. We went in a very small caravan, so...
We had snow mixed with rain while in Yellowstone, and that persisted as we drove all the way through and down to the Tetons. The fog there was thick as pea soup and it was cold, so we just passed through. Could see the mountains anyway. Tetons are on my list for our return
Nice work!
If you are going cross country hitting all the National Parks you can, make sure to grab your America The Beautiful national parks pass. $80 well spent. At about $35 per car to get into a typical park, you get your money back in 3 parks.
Hit just Acadia, Yellowstone and the Badlands...

Iowa 80 Truck Stop!
Then...a lot more flat land
Crossing the Missouri River at Chamberlain on rt90 was stunning. That seemed like the marker between midwest and west, to me.
We enjoyed camping at Cedar Pass in the Badlands. Get yourself the America The Beatiful Parks Pass. Free National Park...
Do the Badlands if you can. It's like being on Mars. There are walking trails and the roads take you through some interesting territory. And they have some campgrounds in the park as well.
We were there this past May and it was stunning. I still have the map in my truck. I'll get it and maybe...
While I dont deny that either of the above is good, in a pinch, a quick and dirty hack: take an old worn bar of soap and rub it on the articulating surfaces.
Autumn. Best overall time of all. Crisp air, apple season, pumpkin season, leaves change color and look like fire, nice to be around the girl
Thanksgiving, football, beef stew season
Not too hot and sticky.. .I could go on
Why no both. Amber is excellent for fog lights and use white for camp floods and spots. Place a row of each in your grill and test what you like best but you may end up using ambers during f oi ul weather and white in clear weather darkness
