So I always have a paper map and a compass when I go out. I will use g-maps and G-Earth to look at the planned route. I do this to get a basic birds eye view of what to expect. However, I also have my garmin hand held with me as well as a SPOT. I not only enjoy overlanding, but backpacking as...
This reminds me of an old apache pop-up hard sided tent trailer. It was pretty cool but there were a few stand out issues.
Set up in the rain sucked, and it was a little drafty.
I am interested in where this design goes.
Good luck to you.
Keeping an eye on this one. I really dig the rear bumper. I've been holding off cause I couldn't find one I really liked. The Honey Badger might be the one!

I carry just cables for the same reason. Take's a pretty heavy charge to spin a diesel. I do feel that it's a good idea though to carry both if possible. Out on the trail, there may not be another vehicle to jump from.
That's what I was thinking. I'm sure it had to have been considered. The membership has grown so fast, and because of this, I am also sure that the OB team is really busy. So I guess the squeeking wheel gets the grease.
So we just gotta keep squeeking!
