Like @M Rose mentioned, I have been running the same 65 for about 5 years now. It pretty much lives full time in the back seat (60% seat delete). I have had no issues. I will say the the 65 is great for those extra long trips or if there are several mouths to feed,....or if you really love cold...
I finally configured the APRS on my ftm-300dr. This will allow me to keep tabs on the other rigs in the group, as well as allowing my loved ones at home to find me.
Hey you guys! Welcome to the crew!!! Please don't hesitate to let me know of any questions you may have. I am also in Kennewick. I am sure there will be plenty of opportunities to meet up this season.
Follow this link to the Tri-Cities Club House. Feel free to introduce yourselves to the group.
Hey, I hope you all are well. I have been working down in Portland for the last several weeks.
Decided to stimulate the local economy (minus sales tax) while I am here.
would you be willing to edit/update your original post with a list of books that are listed here. Sure would make it less time consuming to see all the books. I only ask cause I had the same thought for a thread.
Just start a YouTube channel. Then record your trips. Viola, a "Business" with business expenses!
Governments like to control and oppress subjects that allow it.
Hey all,
I hope everyone is enduring the weather okay.
Just wanted to remind everyone of the Online Conference Call next Sunday. The subject is "What do I REALLY need?"
@Sandpoint Steve is currently taking everyone's submissions.
Basically, What did you buy or have that you took with you...
Plenty of options with a Google search. Can use hose clamps to attach to your rack, or, don't attach it. The 5# is small enough to just squeeze it in a spot. Might be good to have it portable.
Pretty cool. That's like 15 minutes from my property just west of Thermop. I will have to check it out this summer when I get back. Thanks for sharing.
Um...Don't! That's a lot of propane for camping! I just bought a tiny 5# (1.2 ish gal). You can buy cool mounts for them, they are 8" in diameter and 12" tall. Light weight, saves space and more then enough fuel for a several day trip. Its equivalent to like 10 of the little green cans.
