US Northwest Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon Meet and greet at Porters

We are back on for Porter's and not Red Robin, correct?

    Eastern Washington, where you at?

I'll keep posting here as we get more ideas and start to come up with a plan for something in the area. So far it sounds like there is some interest in a Mose Lake area get together so hopefully we can get something locked down here soon... guess that means i should get off my ass and get the...

    Eastern Washington, where you at?

Good to know, that area might work well for some early spring stuff. Depending on the snow pack it can start getting into early summer before I can make it into some of the places I like to go in the mtns. so I've been wanting to explore that area more.

Meet and Greet, Ideas, and Planning for North East Oregon, South East Washington and Western Idaho

As far as I know i'm free anytime. At least my wife hasn't told me I have plans yet. The WJ on the other hand might still be on jack stands but I'll see if i can get it together by then. Depending on which Porter's you're thinking they are all less then 15 mins from my house so I can make...

    Eastern Washington, where you at?

Thanks for the input, at the moment this is still just an idea. Trying to get the feelers out there to see who is interested in getting together then we can lock down the when and where, I just threw out Moses Lake because it was somewhat of a central place for SE washington. Being you are...

    Eastern Washington, where you at?

Eastern Wa, Centra Wa, NE Oregon really anybody if you want to make a drive let's get the ball rolling on a meet up. It sounds like there are regular meet ups in the Spokane/CDA and Boise area but let's get something going for us! All ideas are welcome here just wanted to post something to see...

Meet and Greet, Ideas, and Planning for North East Oregon, South East Washington and Western Idaho

Pendleton is totally doable for me, only about an hour away. Might be boarder line too far for the Yakima and Spokane people depending on if it's just a meet up or a trail run. But I'd be willing to travel a little ways for a meet up time allowing.

    Just another WJ

Thank you! Right now I'm trying to work through all the maintenance and some of the known WJ problems. It has 170k on the clock and I really don't know the mechanical history on it that combined with having put only around 1500 miles on it while I've owned it I'm doing all I can to make it a...

    Just another WJ

Welp, got another pile of parts for the Grand! Still waiting for one more bright shiny aluminum piece to show up but don't really need that until we start going back together. Hopefully tonight and tomorrow morning before I have to start cooking xmas dinner I can get things torn apart. This go...

Not much for the WJ, but there has been some trips with just the guys when I woke up wishing I had packed a fresh liver...

Meet and Greet, Ideas, and Planning for North East Oregon, South East Washington and Western Idaho

Congrats on the position. I'm still pretty new to OB but have been kicking around the idea of trying to get a Central/SE Washington meet up together for a little while now. Sometime in January or February, for that one I was gonna pitch the idea of Moses Lake since it is a pretty equal drive...

    New to exploring PNW

One thing I forgot to mention is if you make yourself a little loop around the highway 410/12 area is you can mix in some of section 2 from the WABDR. Bethel ridge connects the 2 highways up and over the mtns. and from what i've seen it's doable in a relatively stock vehicle.

    New to exploring PNW

For tent camping and fishing you can head up highway 410 (already closed for the winter) to find bumping lake lots of forest roads to explore and hiking up there and an old mining town (copper city) you can drive up to. From there head towards Naches to get to highway 12 to get to rim rock and...

    New guy here

You might check out BDS, I'm running their 2.5" RA setup with fox 2.0 shocks on my Ram 3500 and it's pretty good with the dual rate coils. I have a friend with an identical pickup to yours but f250 and he always comments on the ride in mine. For the Fords it looks like they offer the same kit...

    Just another WJ

Pulled a pile of parts of the shelf to get on the WJ. Brakes and front hub/wheel bearings. Being that i'm running oversized tires and plan to go bigger at some point I figured a brake upgrade wasn't a bad idea. I went with a waved rotor, ceramic pads and performance calipers then flushed and...

    Just another WJ

I didn't plan on doing a build thread for my WJ so there isn't much for pictures of work done so far. Now that I've joined OB I thought I might as well, hopefully I will get some good insight and tips from other members that might be helpful along the way and at the same time if there is...

    2004 WJ Laredo

If you are looking for a good price for a WJ lift get in touch with Kolak, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the WJ and prices are good. I got a 3" IRO lift for around $500, I went with Procomp shocks just because i was cheap and didn't want to spring for Bilstiens yet (plan to move up...

RAM 2500 Custom Overland Build, RTT Rack, Aux Batt, Transfer Tank, Sliders & Other Stuff!

Clear Lake and Rimrock are really nice but can get pretty busy if you try camping too close. Lots of trails up in that area, but i usually head up off of NF-4510 to camp. I'm hoping to head up to Rimrock area this spring/summer and run Bethel ridge. Skyline is also a nice drive, if you take...

RAM 2500 Custom Overland Build, RTT Rack, Aux Batt, Transfer Tank, Sliders & Other Stuff!

Nice build you have going, I like the full size rigs and interested to see how far you go with the mods. I have a '15 3500 longbox myself that i love but the added wheelbase makes it a bit of a hassle in the woods thats why i picked up the WJ for trails and camping. BTW good choice on the Fox...
