Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
It went great! I hate you couldn't make it out, but maybe you can catch us next time. Be sure to check in on the recurring Meetup thread, for the meet up at Mission BBQ each month. I'll try to get some pictures posted up here when I get home in a bit.
That old stuff is good stuff, don't let it get away. You won't find anything nearly as sturdy to replace it with. There's a thread for those Coleman lanterns on here, drop by and share some pics of yours! There's a pretty good following for them, I have 9 of the various models myself...
I've been attempting to reset my region tag on the title of the Western Va meetup Rally Point and it keeps giving me the error
"body must be at least 3 characters" when I click save. Even if I add characters to the thread and title, it gives the same error.
Welcome from Covington, Va.
We've got a meet-up Sunday in Lexington at noon and we're going to ride across the mountain to Roanoke and have some BBQ at Mission BBQ around 3pm.

I'm considering trying the Falken Wildpeak...
Meet-up coming up Sunday! A couple of us are meeting near Lexington at noon to go for a little ride in the woods. Check out the rally point for that for info.

Fair warning. There's supposed to be a trail cleanup by a jeep group as well as the VAXC is doing a trail ride. It's likely to be crowded out there. You might consider going up to Reddish Knob and down toward West Augusta to avoid the traffic. Still a very nice ride and LOTS of good camping near WA.
