  • Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Is it safe for me to air down my tires with my current set up?

I'll echo most opinions here. Since there isn't much sidewall, and the tire is already stretched, you probably won't notice much of a difference in the ride. As said you won't really increase your footprint, but you increase the possibly of popping a bead. I'd leave it as is and tough it out.

    1997 F150 "Dad's Truck"

I think I want to keep it as close to original as possible, but add a couple of things that my dad would have done as well, and a couple of upgrades.

2015 Rubicon Hard Rock Build Mjolnir

Well I upgraded to a fridge with a group buy through an overland group I'm part of here in Minnesota. I need to save money for the wedding and a house, but it's been far too long since I've done something for the Jeep. Any suggestions on what should come next?

    1997 F150 "Dad's Truck"

Been a while since I last updated this. Was driving the truck to go see my mom and the brakes went out. Broke the rear brake line. Limped it to the dealer and it actually broke in two spots. Since they were going to be replacing the AC system anyway they replaced all of the hard lines for the...

    Overland Bound Vehicle?

It's cool, but wouldn't really work too well up here in Minnesota. Too many trees and branches that would break that thing.

    Expedition Overland Teaser Trailer

I liked this series a lot more than the Central America one. Reminded me a lot of the AK/YK series (as it should) which I thought were the best ones. I did like the originals however. Maybe you guys should do some episodes of trips like that again.

    Fridge

I'm not very electrically inclined which is why I'd lean towards getting a kit. However for now I think I'm leaning towards a solar setup to charge in the meantime because the kit is so expensive.

My ARB bull bar did its job.. do I Replace or Repair? What you guys think

This ^ It's obviously her fault, and her insurance should replace it for you. On another note, I love that the first reaction is to flip the bird. He must not have realized that he needs to talk to you after the accident.

    Regional OB stickers?

I don't think it would work for the emblems. I think the emblems as a whole is the entire community, but having something separate for regions would be cool.

Who Planted the seed for you to be an OverLander (Pic/stories)

I've been camping since I was weeks old. Always had a Jeep as a vehicle (except for an F150 that snuck in there). I saw some videos on YouTube and found some forums and I was hooked. New I needed to get out and explore areas where not everyone can get to.
