    It is not uncommon to have a worn caliper bracket such that the caliper has rotational slop.

    It is a simple adjustment of the tie rod. There is turnbuckle on it. Loosen the clamps and turn it to shorten the rod.

    I have run bypass filters for over 50 years. I have used the Frantz toilet paper oil filters. The only complaint is that it keeps the oil so clean it is hard to see it on the dip stick. I have almost 250K on my stroker Jeep.

    OK, I must have read it wrong. It is best to keep even different band antennas as far apart as possible. You have to be careful if the two bands are harmonics of each other, as it complicates things.

    Running dual antennas is not as simple as just hooking up two antennas in parallel. It takes a matching network and the radiation pattern is dependent on the spacing between the antennas which is dependent on the frequency and shape of the ground plane. You can really screw up your radiation...

    Went out and played with my new camera. Pix were OK but didn't catch or see a single meteor in almost 2 hours. I may try again tonight.

    Upgraded my Nikon D5000 to a D5300 recently and I am going to head our about midnight Mountain Time to try it out on some sky pix. Anybody else heading out. They predict the peak around midnight Mountain Time.

    I have had no problem finding dry ice at most Walmarts here. Having two coolers, one for frozen foods using dry ice then moving the daily usage over to a normal cooler works great. I normally freeze a 24 pack of plastic water bottles and never start out with block ice. That way my cooler...
