Yeah, if I turned around every time I put it into 4Lo I wouldn't get anywhere... I spend the whole time in 4Lo typically. The lack of recovery gear was especially telling.... I'm not saying you need to outfit your rig completely with name-brand high-end gear... but get SOMETHING. I'm glad...

To close off this little story... here are the new leaf springs. I just swapped them out today. I've switched to the 2900# from the 1750#. Hopefully that will be enough. I jumped on the side of the trailer and it's got some bounce... better than before when the springs were essentially maxed...

Any danger of the panels being cracked as when they fold the panels are on the outside rather than the inside of the fold?

Interesting... Does it run on AC or DC power? Do you put a pump into a nearby water source? We typically camp near a lake to wash up but in the spring and fall it's VERY cold (frightened turtle kind of cold).... Lol.
